Symposium is the semi-annual journal of the Canadian Society for Continental Philosophy. We publish articles, review essays, book reviews and philosophical interviews, in English and in French, that are of interest to the general membership of the Society. We invite contributions from scholars working within the traditions of Continental European philosophy, including phenomenology, existentialism, hermeneutics, structuralism, post-structuralism, critical theory, deconstruction, and feminism. Articles in Symposium are peer-reviewed and indexed in The Philosopher’s Index and The International Bibliography of the Social Sciences.

Full-text articles are available through subscribed institutions (via EBSCOhost® and Philosophy Documentation Center). With the exception of our most recent articles (published less than a year ago), all articles are freely available on the site of the Philosophy Documentation Center. Free search of TOC and free preview of articles from recent issues are also available online at the Philosophy Documentation Center.

Symposium is printed in Canada. ISSN: 1917-9685.
